Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any course, subscription, or service.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for:

  • Online courses

  • Membership plans

  • Trading tools

  • Signals

  • E-books

  • Premium content

  • Market insights

  • Workshops

  • Mentorship programs

are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once the payment is completed, you will receive immediate access to digital content, therefore refunds cannot be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Digital Products & Courses

  • Users cannot cancel their purchase after payment.

  • Access to the course or content is granted instantly; therefore cancellation is not possible.

2.2 Subscriptions / Memberships

If your subscription is recurring:

  • You may cancel future renewals anytime from your account settings.

  • Cancelling will stop the next billing cycle but will not refund the current cycle.

2.3 Mentorship / Workshops

  • Bookings once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • If you miss a session, no rescheduling or refund will be provided unless stated otherwise.

3. Exceptional Situations (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error

  • Failed payment but amount deducted

To request support, email us with payment proof.

Eligible refunds (if proven valid) will be processed in 7–14 working days.

4. Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of time to attend

  • User dissatisfaction based on expectations

  • Misunderstanding the content

  • Inability to use or understand trading tools

5. Service Delivery

All content is delivered digitally.

Once access is provided, the service is considered fully delivered.

  • You will not initiate chargebacks or disputes without valid cause
